Calabasas Hills, CA (March 20, 2008) Catalina Graphic Films announces new printable versions of specially coated HP Indigo® media for select P.O.P. pressure-sensitive product brands.

The initial launch includes Catalina Graphic Films’ popular Wall Graphics® and Sign-Ad®, one of the most widely used films offered today and can be seen throughout the P.O.P. advertising industry.

Wall Graphics—a 6.0 mil white flexible vinyl with an ultra removable and reusable adhesive—is intended for use as a high quality interior marking in decal applications requiring easy removal from clean, dry walls with smooth surfaces.

Sign-Ad—a 3.5 mil matte white, flexible vinyl with a specially formulated low-tack adhesive used for interior and exterior applications with no solvents required—is utilized as an alternative to flood coating clear film with white ink.

Available in 12” x 18” sheets, both specially coated HP Indigo versions of Wall Graphics and Sign-Ad will be stocked in each of Catalina’s warehouses for immediate shipment.

On expanding its market to include media for printing on the HP Indigo line of Digital Printers, Alan Dworman, President of Catalina, states, “The market has asked for Indigo versions of these products and we are responding.”

Additional product brands will be added as the year progresses. The next product to be HP Indigo-compatible will be a version of Clear-Ad®—a clear, flexible vinyl with a specially formulated, low-tack removable adhesive for easy application and removability which leaves no residue.
