  • Description: CP200WBF consists of a top coated white polypropylene with a metallized opacity layer, coated with a white permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and a 90# release liner
  • Application:

    This product is intended for use in creating an opaque two-way decal by laminating to a clear static cling or clear pressure sensitive film.

    The steps are: reverse print on clear static cling or clear film, laminate this barrier film to the clear printed film and then print on the barrier film to create a two-way decal.

  • Print Methods: Conventional or UV curable screen, flexographic, gravure, and litho printing inks
  • Face Film: 2.3 ± 0.2 mil high gloss top coated white polypropylene film with a metallized layer for opacity.
  • Adhesive: P-44 white acrylic pressure activated permanent
  • Liner: 90# (6.5 ± 0.2 mils) white polyethylene coated two side-silicone coated one side paper
  • Total Product Thickness: 9.5 ± 0.5 mils
  • Minimum Application Temp: +40° F.
  • Service Temperature Range: -20° F. To +275° F.
  • Expected Outdoor Life: Two years mid-continental US, vertical exposure
  • Adhesion: 40 ± 2oz/in.
    (180° adhesion from SS, 20 minute room temperature dwell)
  • Water Resistance: Good: test piece aged 24 hrs. applied to stainless steel is not affected when immersed in 70ºF water for seven days
  • Solvent Resistance: Good for most petroleum based solvents. Edge sealing is recommended in high solvent exposure areas
  • Shelf Life: One year when store at 70°F and 50% relative humidity
